Green Cat Presents Yoni yoga & Sip with Yoga Instructor New New. This will take place on Dec 8th from 6:30-8pm at a private location In Bolton Hill. Please RSVP ASAP, as space will be limited. Teas, soups, alkaline water and finger foods will all be served by Chef Green and Chef Cat, which will all focus on the healing of the yoni.
Yoni yoga is a powerful exercise that can help strengthen your entire reproductive area and mind by moving, breathing and meditating. Yoni yoga can be a huge benefit for women who suffer from fibromyalgia, fibroids, menstrual issues, reproductive issues, trauma and more. It has also been known as a good way to prevent these issues from happening, so this is for all wombman.
With yoga, the goal is always to seek, create, and move toward harmony within the body, mind and prana (Breath). Many women suffer from traumas, stress, and pain during menstrual cycles or sex. We sometimes lack the knowledge and sisterhoods to help overcome these consequences that can bring us out of balance. Women mostly hold stress in their shoulders, reproductive area and stomach, and if we forget to breath or take time to move, this stress, in lack of harmony, can turn into other serious issues. Most importantly, I would like to see all my sisters thrive in harmony within themselves, and with each other. Once we heal ourselves, our families will benefit holistically.
