Women Rise Psychological and Wellness Center is a boutique integrative wellness center specializing in women's mental health and wellness across the lifespan. We offer therapy, yoga, massage, clinical functional nutrition, and pregnancy/postpartum support. We aim to help women thrive and RISE in their wellness and overall lives.

About Johanna: For over the past 18 years, Johanna has been on a mission to help women feel integrated , relaxed, and grounded in their bodies. Her ultimate goal is to assist you with creating change in your health and wellness. After receiving her first massage at the age of 9, Johanna fell in love with the way the massage made her feel. With a strong desire to share this gift with others--especially women, she pursued a career in massage therapy. With massage therapy, she utilizes a variety of modalities to assist clients to engage in therapeutics that assist with the alleviation of pain and stress. Her trainings in therapeutic Massage, prenatal massage, help to promote stress relief and relaxation. She is also a Certified Yomassage Therapist.
