REVIVAL: Ottawa's Yogini Yogathon!

A yoga event exclusively for women!

One day. 3 Causes. 6 Yoga Classes. Endless Memories. 

Join some of Ottawa’s most inspirational women Yoga teachers from studio’s around the city for an exciting day filled with Yoga.

This Yogathon is chance for you to spend a day with like-minded women, all putting Yoga into action by coming to together outside studio walls in order to help support empowering women and girls throughout the world.

Together, we are strong. We are resilient. We CAN make a difference.

The Yoga community is one of the strongest and largest in North America, and as a community of like-minded, powerful women we are collectively raising money and awareness for 3 amazing causes supporting women and girls. 

 In order to participate each woman is required to fundraise or personally donate $108. All donations are tax deductible and support an important Women's Cooperative in Nicaragua through Speroway and a portion of every commitment is donated on your behalf to Elizabeth Fry Society

You are also encouraged to bring any and all gently used or nearly-new professional attire to support Dress for Success Ottawa and empower women in your community.

We are also raffling off other prizes from local studio's and stores, such as class packages, massages, and gift certificates. 

The Schedule:

9-930am – Opening Ceremony 

9:30-10:30am – Soul-full Slow Flow with Megan Campbell

10:30-11:30am – Partner Yoga with Ciara Beaton

11:30-12:30pm - Kundalini Yoga with Devinder Kaur

12:30 - 130pm – Catered lunch provided by Pure Kitchen Ottawa, raffle for loads of prizes and Grand Prize Give Away!

 Shop 4 a Cause: Fair trade, eco-friendly, healthy vendors donating portion of sales to our causes!

1:30-230pm – Hip Hop Yoga with Brittany Bryden Wilson

2:30-3:30pm- Reiki Yin Yoga with Pam McPhee

3:30-4:00pm – Sonic Sound Bath, Massage + Savasana

 * There will be no refunds or transfers for tickets given once registered. No refunds or transfers given for donations made to Speroway, Dress for Success, or Elizabeth Fry Society. 

 ** The Grand Prize trip is for the woman who fundraises the most money in support of our Women's Cooperative Nicaragua. It does not include trip costs such as insurance, alcoholic beverages, flights, or transportation to and from the resort.

Megan Campbell

This class is instructed by Megan Campbell, E-RYT 500, a women's Yoga expert, who has been teaching and studying Vinyasa style Yoga for over nine years. She has studied extensively with some of the styles best teachers including Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Sara Avant Stover, and many others!

Megan is host of TV's 'Yoga for Women' and Founder of Journey of the Yogini ~ a soul-based business that uses the power of Yoga to unite women.

Her teaching style is a wonderful blend of the physical and spiritual.
