Event description

Description

Have you been struggling with your money flow? Does it feel like “there is never enough? Or have you been able to generate prosperity but have not able to sustain it? Does it all seem to run through your hands? Or does what you gain always get lost or stolen? If answered YES to any of these questions, DO NOT miss YOGANOMICS, a two hour workshop on creating and maintaining prosperity using yogic science and philosophy. Together we will explore our attitudes surrounding money, open the channels to our energetic flow, burn negative karma, cultivate prosperity and heal our relationship with money by using the following healing modalities:

1) MOVEMENT THERAPY: Using free association and movement, we will explore deeper issues surrounding money.
2) KUNDALINI YOGA: Using Kundalini Yoga we will open our chakra channels allowing our energy to flow freely without obstructions.
3) PROSPERITY MEDITATION: Using Kundalini Meditation, we will cultivate prosperity using incantations (mantra).
4) SELF ANIMOSITY MEDITATION: Using more Kundalini Meditation, we will burn negative karma with using breath-work (pranayama).
5) PROSPERITY AFFIRMATIONS: Using prosperity affirmations we will evelop a new relationship with abundance by creating a new dialogue (Rhythm & Breath).

Brief descriptions of the modalities:

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan uses Asana (yoga postures), Pranayam (breathing techniques), Mantra (use of sound to alter thought patterns and brain chemistry), Mudra (hand positions to channel energy flow) and Meditation (quieting the mind to promote mental clarity and self-awareness). With this yoga, we break through the blockages in our charkas (energy vortices along the spine), alter our life condition and heal lifetimes of karma. This leads to a more fulfilled, integrated, and prosperous life.

Dance Movement Therapy: The psychotherapeutic use of movement to further the emotional, cognitive, physical and social integration of the individual.

Rhythm & Breath: Created by Luz in 2006, Rhythm & Breath emerged out of the need to continue teaching while remaining nomadic (being free and still being true to my calling). It developed into an online forum (blog and YouTube channel) for yogis and healers to cultivate a regular meditation practice and process in a safe and confidential community.
