Join us for this Yoga4Runners pop-up class! No mather if you are preparing for your next big race or you just love to run; once in a while every runner needs more than the normal stretching after your run.

That's why Mirjam (@myrunspiration) designed a Yoga4Runners class. As an ultra-runner herself she knows exactly what your body needs to be in ultimate shape for your next run.

In this 60-minute class we start by strengthening and warming up our bodies with some dynamic vinyasa flow. The focus will be on all those muscle groups we use for our beloved sport so much: hamstrings, hips and ITB - making this class tailored to runners (but all athletes are of course more than welcome!). Yoga focuses on the breath, something so key to our runs and Mirjam will help you creating new awareness of it plus increasing your spacial awareness. We end with more static stretches, creating a feeling of length and balance in our running body.

No previous Yoga experience is necessary.

The class will be held in the ASICS Amsterdam Community Space, a beautiful space in the back of the ASICS Amsterdam Flagship store.
