Our Yoga & You Series continues as we explore self care practices dealing with anxiety ♥

On Monday, October 17th @ 7pm we'll kick the evening off with a 60 minute yoga class taught by Breanna Morandi followed by Dr. Natalie sharing her wisdom on anxiety and self care, while we enjoy immune boosting refreshments.
