Come and enjoy a morning of Yoga - the morning is designed to be taught as a workshop with limited places for maximum benefit to each student. We work on a different area of our practice each Month - October's workshop will be looking at developing a daily 15 minute home practice - which will include a meditation and a relaxation. Fitting Yoga into our busy life's can be a struggle so we will also be learning some great "Yoga on the Go" tips. The morning includes stopping for tea and cake, followed by a blissful Yoga Nidra. These workshops are a great way of developing your practice and give you a greater understanding of your body and mind.
