Mindful Walking, Yoga, Qi Gong & Meditation

Unplug and reconnect with yoursef, others and nature!

Slow down and experience the benefits of being in nature, improve your psychological well-being and help yourself to physically heal.

Discover how nature grounds you and centres you.

Join me for an enjoyable walk around the Botanical Gardens.

We will stop at a beautiful and relaxing spot to meditate and stretch our bodies. I will guide you through a meditation session followed by a safe sequence of yoga movements that feels good for your body and your mind!

Everybody is welcome, first timers are encouraged to come along as well as more advanced yogis.

Do you want to have a fun day out connecting with nature, yourself and other like-minded people?

Where:

  • Met me under the clocks at Flinders Street Station.

When:

  • Saturday 02/12/2017
  • Start time: Please arrive at 8:50am for a 9am sharp start.
  • Finish time: We will finish at midday at the Botanical Gardens. Join me for lunch afterwards!

What to bring:

  • 1-2 litres of water.
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat.
  • Yoga mat or a towel.
  • And a friend!

What to wear:

  • Comfy clothing.

How much does it cost?:

  • Just $45!

I recommend that you do not eat anything for at least 2 hours before the walk.

Make time to reconnect with nature, with yourself and others.

Practise together with a community of like-minded people.
