Description

Intensify your practice. Slow flow/deep stretch yoga is a smooth linking of unhurried breath with movement, intensified by mindfully holding postures for several minutes. We will explore the details of each posture at a comfortable pace to allow your body to deepen into a stretch or pause in a strength-building pose. Expect deep shoulder, hip, back, and leg openings with longer holds to gain strength and increase mobility. All levels are welcome.

Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided for you at the NYRR RUNCENTER. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for setup so the class can start on schedule.
