About Chef Angela Carralero:
For professional chef Angela Carralero, food is the Love Language she speaks to those who experience her meals. With her recipients in mind, planning meals, shopping for ingredients, cooking and presenting meals artistically is a joyful labor of love.

It all started for Angela growing up in a Cuban household. In her family, the culture of food is one of love, fellowship and appreciation for the bounty of healthy food that is God’s creation.
She believes that whole natural foods is more effective in promoting radiant health than expensive supplements. Her penchant for using the best, freshest ingredients in her cooking has made her an avid fan of farmer’s markets and small independent producers. She also frequents ethnic food shops for authentic ingredients.

Everyone has spiritual gifts and Angela’s spiritual gift is the art of gift giving. For her, cooking has its ultimate expression in the aspect of giving to others. It’s a form of self-expression that comes around full circle back to her. The love is reflected back when she receives enthusiastic affirmations from people who have enjoyed her food creations.
