Rope Wall Yoga?

The rope wall was first developed by BKS Iyengar as a prop to support and intensify yoga practice. The vertebral disks of the spine especially benefits from this traction. The freedom creates space from the inside allowing the organs to relax, nerves to soothe and the mind to quiet.
