Q. When do I drink beer?
A. It is your choice when you choose to have a beverage. Some come early to enjoy a beer then yoga. Some like to have a beer next to their mat. Just be aware there will be limited time to drink beer while in class. Most like to enjoy their beer after class in the taproom or outdoor patio.
Q. Who are the teachers?
A. We have two certified and experienced yoga teachers: Suzanne has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. Teaching since 2008, her classes focus on flow. She loves to empower and challenge her students. She is also the owner of Flow Yoga Studio in Lakewood. Fay has been teaching since 2019. Her classes are challenging yet enjoyable for all levels. You can expect feel good flows that have you walking away feeling accomplished and satisfied. She also teaches at Flow and can be found pouring beer behind the bar some days.
Q. What is Flow style of yoga?
A. In this style of class expect to flow from one posture to the next synchronizing breath and movement. You will find a focus on strength building and often quicker movement.
Q. Do I need to register before hand?
A. Registering before hand is preferred but walk ins are available. Please see your yoga teacher for last minute sign up.
Q. Are children allowed?
A. Yes, they will need to be on their own mat and will be charged the full price. Sodas and other non alcoholic options are available.
