About this event
Yoga of the Heart
Opening the heart can happen in many ways. In Yoga of the Heart, we will Move from our heads and down into our hearts through the power of postures, breath, meditation and conscious touch.
The exercises that we will be exploring through out this 90 minute class will not only affect the physical structure of our bodies but also the emotional and energetic center of our chest which is what we call the Anahata or heart chakra in Yoga.
This class will leave us filled with love, compassion, acceptance, gratitude, respect and reverence for others and most importantly for ourselves.
Come and explore the many benefits of Yoga of the Heart and connect to your heart center like never before.
Teacher
Luis completed his 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training in the Spring of 2016 and is now a 200 Hour Expert Registered Yoga Teacher.
Luis teaches Handstands and Arm-Balance workshops, Acro/Partner Yoga, Yin Restorative Yoga, Pranayama (Breathwork), Meditation as well as a courses on Yoga philosophy.

🚗Parking: There is a few parking spaces within the property. ( Please be mindful to park your car so others can leave easily) There is also street parking alongside the streets of The Movement Oasis at Plant the Future and you can also use Citadels parking in front.
✅ Bring: comfy yoga clothes, your own mat, a refillable water bottle and an open heart.
