On your instructor:

Stephanie began studying yoga in 2010 while attending San Diego State University. After graduation she embarked on a cross-country cycling trip, spending three months exploring the country from coast to coast. It was during this trip that Stephanie began to contemplate the connection of her body and mind with the natural world.

After completing the trip she moved to Key West, Florida. Here, she spent six years working on the water as a deckhand and a captain, taking people out on the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys and educating them about the diverse ecosystem. She also completed her 200hr teacher training, SUP Yoga certification, co-created Yoga at Sea, and began the long journey of a Yoga Therapy training.

She recently moved to the Hudson Valley and is the process of finalizing her E-RYT500 certification through Yoga Alliance and C-IAYT certification through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She recently started Yoga of the Earth, a project focused on exploring the natural world through the philosophy and physical practice of yoga.
