Event description
Treat yourself with an afternoon of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to greet the New Year!

About this Event

While the New Year is a time to celebrate, reflect, and pause the daily grind, times of transition can also create stress on the body and mind. In this afternoon mini-retreat, Ashley Flowers and Erica Marcus will help prepare you to enter 2020 with intentionality. They will guide you through yoga and mindfulness practices you can take into the New Year to stay grounded and connected to your center.

Each participant will receive a set of video practices and a vial of essential oils to take home to help you stay your most vibrant self!

About Ashley

Lover of life, the earth, and yoga, Ashley offers a variety of unique classes, such as yoga with goats, on paddleboards, outside and more! She encourages a playful spirit and open-mind during class in order to make yoga feel like an accessible and enjoyable way to stretch, stay strong, and de-stress!

Through yoga, Ashley teaches you how to love your body. Beginner or seasoned practitioner, you can expect to find a deeper sense of joy and connection with Ashley Flowers Yoga!

About Erica

Erica Marcus, MAT, is the founder of Wise Minds. Big Hearts and author of Daily Mindfulness Minis. Erica Founded WMBH to bring mindfulness programming to students, families, and schools around New England. WMBH is the culmination of nearly fifteen years of experience in classroom teaching, wilderness youth therapy, and outdoor education combined with Kripalu Yoga and Mindful Schools certifications. Erica believes that youth and adults benefit immensely from cultivating a mindfulness practice, and those benefits have the power to transform our lives. She also is committed to addressing issues of excessive screen use, as this directly inhibits our ability to be fully present with ourselves and one another.
