QiYoga retreats are designed to help you to relax, unwind, reduce stress and get connected all while being pampered and totally taken care of. A day just for you!

Who is this Retreat for?

You would love to join us for our QiYoga retreat if:

  • You are feeling stressed, tired, over-worked or just want a little down time;
  • You want to increase flexibility, increase body tone and core muscle strength;
  • You want a day of chilling out with yoga and meditation;
  • You'd like to connect with other like-minded ladies'
  • You would like to learn simple, easy and delicious new healthy meal ideas that will save you time in the kitchen and make you feel amazing.

What to Expect:

QiYoga is the blend of chi gung (ancient Chinese healing energy work) with hatha yoga and meditation. A beautiful healing and rejuvenating fusion.

Our retreats help you to create positive change and empower you to help you be the best you can be to facilitate greater self-discovery, happiness and a more fulfilled life.

What you'll get to experience:

  • QiYoga - our gentle fusion of chi gung and hatha yoga. Don't worry if you're a beginner, our resident yogi Jen will talk you through everything and offer easier options for any of the trickier poses
  • Meditation - be prepared to feel completely relaxed after being guided through a beautiful yoga nidra
  • Gut health workshop - Renee & Loren will be presenting a gut health workshop and you'll even get to walk away with your own ferments to help you improve your gut health, reduce bloating and gas and improve overall well-being
  • Sound journey healing with crystal bowls - guest presenter Karen Weise will be facilitating a crystal bowl healing session, taking you into deep relaxation and helping to align your chakras so you walk away feel aligned, reconnected and grounded

Whether you are brand new to yoga or just starting on a health kick, our retreat will inspire and educate while helping you to relax and unwind in pampered comfort.

Enhance your knowledge of healthy living and learn how to prepare delicious meals, snacks and smoothies to bring a more holistic and healthy approach to your entire lifestyle.

What Else do I Need to Know?

You don't need to worry about a thing! We have everything covered. Just bring your own yoga mat (or we have spares you can use).

We provide:

  • spring water to enjoy throughout the day
  • delicious and healthy morning and afternoon tea
  • organic and freshly prepared lunch (gluten free of course!)

Just bring your good self and a positive, open-mind. Wear comfortable yoga clothes.
