Finding your way back to your center starts each morning with early meditation and Yin yoga. An asana yoga class in a beautiful Mountain open setting follows this. The yoga classes are for all levels, and “beginner” yogis are welcome.
Each day, you’ll have reboot-time for yourself to journal, go to the beach, sit by the pool and connect with your friends. Most healing and growth happens in silence. It is in this stillness that we can hear ourselves the loudest.
There will also be two group outings. One outing is to help us understand our fears and the other is a walking meditation to the waterfalls. To help you with the ” Unpack Your Heart” journey, there will be “Metta” (Love and Kindness) workshop. From this open space, we will move into how to feed our body with love and kindness.
