Yoga Marathon is open to yogis of all levels - from beginners to experienced practitioners - and is sure to be a day of relaxation and peace. Enjoy the most grounding beautyful outdoor place of Miami and the sacred river as you practice yoga and find your zen.

Experience a unique yoga event in beautiful Miami!

9 am :

Begin aligning your natural’s cycle patterns based on the 13 moon cycles with Shakti Yoga by Sadhana ( SKANDA YOGA)

10 am:

Continue with a fast-paced cardiovascular practice focused on building strength and flexibility in the body with Power Yoga byTiffany Levy.( TIFFTOPIA)

11 am:

Find your balance focusing on posture and breathing techniques with Hatha Yoga by Carmen Ana Esquijarosa.

After that powerful morning we will stop to nourish our bodies with a 45-minute lunch break, we will have vendors at the venue with options from juices, bowls and salads.

1 pm:

Come back into the mat and transcend into another realm of deep relaxation with Multi-Sensory Yoga combining the benefits of Yoga, Aromatherapy, and Sound Healing by Rob Newman & Suey Vendrell.

2 pm:

Explore what it feels like to share the mat with a partner as you practice Acro Yoga, test your flexibility, strength and control to perform tricks by Rob Newman and Carmen Ana Esquijarosa.

3 pm:

Get ready to active your Kundalini energy and increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness with Kundalini Yoga by Bianca Abbott.

As we stop for our last 45-minute break of the day is a perfect moment to connect with fellow participants and embrace the sacred land where The Movement Oasis resides.

5 pm:

Proceeding to share your voice with Kirtan Yoga, a call and response dynamic to chant mantras and enjoy a grounding Yoga flow by Alejandra de los Libros.( AHANA YOGA)

6 pm:

As we get ready to end the day, we move into a practice to let go all that blocks you from expanding your consciousness and accessing your innate psychic abilities with Clairvoyant Yoga by Becca Medvin.

7 pm:

Concluding our amazing Yoga Marathon with Yin Yoga by Fabiola Arriaga to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and help calm & restore your mind fishing with a relaxing musical experience in order to have a magnificent restorative sleep

Yoga MarathOM

Shakti Yoga honors the tradition of yoga in its application of alignment, functional movement, conscious breathwork, philosophy, and meditation techniques. The classes present traditional practices in a post-modern system based on the 13- moon calendar in order to align students with Nature’s cyclical patterns.

Facilitated by: Sadhana is firmly grounded in the origins of the transformational practice of Yoga and Bhakti Yoga, Reiki energy work, South American shamanic traditions, Crystals and Essential oils, Numerology, energy work, mantra, Breathwork and meditation for healing trauma. She is a traveling master yogini with spiritual retreats in India and South America, a public speaker, and a teacher of spirituality and the power of transformation.

Power yoga is a fast-paced cardiovascular workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures, power yoga is mostly for strength-building.

Facilitated by: Tifftopia (Tiffany Levy) goal is to inspire a mindful, healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. She has developed a lifelong love for the transformative practice of Yoga. She is a 500hour E-RYT and MBSR (Mindful Based Stress Reduction) trained professional. Founder of 420 Space Yoga, creator of mindful retreats, and leading students worldwide on their Yoga Teacher Training certifications.

Hatha Yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques, traditionally to channel vital energy source. Practiced more slowly and with static posture holds, Hatha Yoga is all about finding balance.

Facilitated by: Carmen Ana Esquijarosa is a yoga teacher, environmentalist, and vegan activist. Initiated into the Sivananda lineage, she has learned from some of the greatest teachers and masters of our times including Sri Dharma Mittra, Sharon Gannon and Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa.

Multi-Sensory Yoga combines the benefits of Yoga, Aromatherapy, and Sound Healing to deepen your practice. It brings harmony between mind and body. Connect to yourself and the Earth using essential oils, expansive movement and sound healing while transcending into another realm of deep relaxation as you listen to the pure vibrations of the crystal bowls, didgeridoo, chimes, and gong.

Facilitated by: Rob Newman is a slackline lover, fire flow performer, acro yogi and has been sharing the magic of sound healing for 8 years, he curates sounds for yoga classes, Thai events, ceremonies, festivals as well as personal group and private healing sessions. His passion and dedication to this art form serves the mental and physical health and wellness of the Miami community.

Suey Vendrell is a Spiritual & Holistic Wellness Mentor, blending the art of Yoga, Reiki, Sound Healing, and Aromatherapy. She shares tools, practices, and techniques to help people awaken to the inherent wisdom that lives within, nourish their body, and live a life of authentic soulful expression.

Acro Yoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics. Acroyoga includes many types of mostly recreational partner and group acrobatics in which at least someone is lifted. It teaches flexibility, strength and control to perform tricks, balances and tumbling.

Kundalini Yoga is a combination of movement, pranayama, meditation, and chanting. Its goal is not only to make the body stronger, more energetic and activate your Kundalini energy but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness.

Facilitated by: Bianca Abbott is a certified Level 1 and 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher and Vinyasa teacher with over 1000 hours in yogic training. She has been practicing yoga for 20 years.

Kirtan Yoga In it’s most simple form is a musical means of communication. It is a call and response dynamic meant to chant mantras, It can last for hours or it can be less than a minute. You don’t need to know Kirtan to experience it’s power, It’s a grounding Yoga flow with a graceful meditation.

Facilitated by: Alejandra Diaz is a songwriter with a background in classical Piano, certified as Yoga instructor. She calls her classes a journey through sound because they are all about a musical experience. For Yoga Marathom She brings a bit of her Cuban roots mixed with the healing power of Kirtan.

Clairvoyant Yoga Find freedom in letting go of all that blocks you from expanding your consciousness and accessing your innate psychic abilities. This class will create space in your mind and body for clear seeing and higher knowing.

Facilitated by: Becca Medvin Has been a yoga student since she was 13 and has taught for the last 11 years, she studies and teaches the wisdom of the Siri Vidya Tantric lineage and has studied clairvoyance for the last 5 years, she is also an Herbalist, flower essence alchemist and the creator of Rainbow Magic Elixirs, vibrational flower remedies.

Yin Yoga Targets connective tissues, fascia, joints, bones, ligaments, so that prana can flow freely through the body. It activates your parasympathetic nervous systems and helps to calm and restore the mind. It’s a practice where time is more important than effort because you stay in a pose for about 3 to 5 minutes giving you the opportunity to your deepest tissues to slowly respond to a gentle stress.

Facilitated by: My Secret Lab (Fabiola Arriaga) Is a passionate Yin Yoga instructor approved by the Yoga Alliance, a Sound Healer & Cacao facilitator certified by Lola Malaika in Bali Indonesia. She loves to share the real meaning of Yoga and for people to feel expansion through sound and Cacao.
