If you love being outdoors, this is the ultimate way to break up your working day, re-energise, refocus and reconnect.
Under the Glebe Park trees and in the fresh air, Alicia will guide you through a different yoga session each week, Tuesdays from 12:30pm-1:15pm.
Classes can be enjoyed by all levels from beginner to experienced with variations offered and individual attention given.
Complimentary mats are provided so all you have to bring is a water bottle and yourself.
