Yoga in the Mountains Festival | Nepal
Fri, Apr 7, 2017, 5:00 PM – Sun, Apr 9, 2017, 3:00 PM NPT
The Festival is a three day celebration of Yoga in Nepal and includes Yoga classes, workshops, food, music and products.
The Himalaya is the birthplace of Yoga - a form of living developed by holy men to find inner peace and health to pursue their aspirations for higher intelligence and salvation.
The Yoga in the Mountains Festival aims to bring back the spirit of authentic Yoga back to its roots, and therefore combines all aspects of Yog - health, spirituality, astrology, nutrition, philosophy and social work into a compact three day module with spin offs after that into deeper practice or just enjoying the country.
Participants will be able to come to Nepal at the perfect time of year, participate in the three days of intense action and join the local and international communities.
