Description

Join us for this Hatha/Vinyasa-style yoga class, open to participants of all fitness and flexibility levels. Great for runners, this class will help to increase range of motion and improve core strength, balance, and focus while releasing tension throughout the body and connecting with the breath to calm the mind. You will be guided through the class as you flow from one pose to the next, with careful instruction to allow students to find their own capacity within each pose. All levels are welcome.

Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided for you at the NYRR RUNCENTER. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for setup so the class can start on schedule.
