START YOUR NEW YEAR WITH YOGA WELLNESS!
Yoga Fundamentals for Beginners is an interactive workshop where students who are ready to jumpstart their wellness journey will establish their own personal Yoga practice. Students will be taught the essential elements of Yoga, from core Yoga disciplines to common Yoga poses. Together we will create Yoga sequences and rituals that honor your body, mind, heart, and spirit to practice throughout the year.
The workshop has limited space to help foster an intimate atmosphere. Use of all studio materials is included (Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps) and take-home printed learning materials are provided, along with light snacks.

Registration closes 24 hours before the workshop start date/time. After registration, you will receive an Eventbrite email with studio directions. Read the email IN FULL for all of the important information.

Registration is non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, registrations can be transferred to another person to attend. No class credits are given.
