Yoga is a set of mind/body tools that incorporate movement, breath, and meditation to restore health to the body and peace to the mind.

About this Event

Yoga for Veterans Mindful Resilience is starting again on Saturday, January 25th, 2020. This six-week course uses 5 tools to support a healthy mind and body: movement, meditation, breathing, guided rest, and gratitude. No experience is necessary. Here are the benefits: 

Supports a healthy nervous system

Relieves chronic pain from past injuries

Reduces symptoms of PTSD

Breathe easy, focus clearly, move freely, and rest deeply

This class is accessible to people will all kinds of physical abilities. Chairs are available for use. The class is free for veterans and their family members. *Wear loose, comfortable clothing, mats provided.

Time: 10 AM on Saturdays
