Are you constantly worrying?
Are you feeling overwhelmed about Christmas?
Do you have problems sleeping?

Christmas is the most stressful time of the year, especially for women. Presents, decorations, Christmas cards and invitations are usually organised by us which can take its toll.

Stress can show in many ways from moodiness to headaches, constant tiredness to not being able to sleep, feeling anxious and overwhelmed.

Yoga can help with stress relief in many ways. The postures can help to relief the tension in the body, get rid of those aches and pains. Some easy breathing practises can help to breathe more deeply and also to focus the mind and let go of those mind monkeys. We will include simple mindfulness techniques that you can easily adapt to your daily life.

In this two hour workshop we will relax and unwind and I will show you techniques that can help you to fall asleep or deal with that sudden feeling of overwhelm.
