Join us for our next Active Living event with Dilyana Mileva at our Lorna Jane Vancouver Showroom.

Stress is a fact of life, and we can’t make it go away. We can however, develop strategies for dealing with stress. Relaxation alone is not enough. We also need to develop insight into our mental patterns and help change our conditioned responses. Yoga and mindfulness meditation are wonderful tools for dealing with and even “be-friending” stress.

In this workshop we will:
-Define stress, common stressors and the effects of stress on the mind and the body
-Learn simple techniques to reduce and manage stress
-Yoga movement, breath work and other mindfulness practices

So let out a big sigh of relief; help is on the way!

Dilyana Mileva is yoga Instructor and wellness consultant. She She is passionate about the field of Wellness because she has seen the life-changing, positive impact that healthy habits can have on her clients.Her programs focus on Yoga, pant based nutrition, and mindfulness as tools to increase individual effectiveness and reduce stress. With an engaging smile and infectious enthusiasm, she will support you to embrace the grateer wellness and she will bring your physical and mental health in a deeper level.
