Join Adena Muncey, E-RYT for a yoga class specifically designed with runners in mind. We will address the common areas in the bodythat are tight and need to be opened and that are weak and need to be strengthened. This will lead to faster running times and speedier recoveries. Adena has been teaching yoga for over 16 years and has BS in Exercise Science and a MAc. in Acupuncture. She ran the 2016 Boston Marathon and then Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon in Nashville 10 days later. She credits yoga to keeping her injury free and feeling limber.
