Run or walk longer and be healthier and happier while you do it with this exclusive Yoga for Runners and Walkers class from Foot Traffic! Strengthen and lengthen your leg muscles, improve flexibility and prevent injury by joining our specifically-crafted yoga classes every week at our gorgeous Vancouver space.

Strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing techniques will enhance your experience as a runner or walker while reducing the likihood of developing overuse injuries common to the sport. We are very fortunate to have a class taught by certified Yoga instructor, Angie Quinn. She knows both the demands on the body from running and walking long distances as well as introducing yoga in a way that is not intimidating and great for beginners! Trust us, she's awesome!
