Yoga and running are perfect bedfellows.

Led by USATF-certified running coach, Raziq Rauf and 400-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Zoe Freedman, you will warm up with a 2-mile run around DTLA before being guided through a 60-minute vinyasa flow class exclusively geared towards runners.

Join us after the physical exertions for a beer-fueled roundtable discussion about how we can help you achieve your running goals via yoga.

10.00 am - 2-mile neighborhood run
10.45 am - 60min runner-oriented all-level vinyasa flow yoga class
12.00 noon - Roundtable Run/Yoga discussion over beers

This series is planned and structured to help you learn how to fit yoga into your running lifestyle and to help you become a better runner with a healthier body.

DETAILS

  • Please bring your yoga mat and a towel.
  • We will leave promptly at 10am for the run.
  • Class is held inside the brewery taproom.
  • Parking is FREE and plentiful around the brewery.
  • No yoga experience is required - ALL levels are welcomed and encouraged!
  • All attendees will receive a half-priced beer at the end of class. No running or yoga under the influence!
