Description

Yoga for runners focuses on upper body and lower body core integration, building strength and stability, and finding symmetry with breath, pacing, and movement. Functional movement builds your mobility, breath awareness, alignment and overall fitness. Meet your body with what it needs and feel better. All Athletes welcome.

About Ali White

Ali White is a Fitness, movement and nutrition specialist with the United States Military. A lifetime endurance athlete, growing up on the trails of New Hampshire. She is currently in training for her first 50k this spring. A passion for health, well being, and adventure, Ali knows yoga helps her aches and pains from long miles.
