Yoga for Runners

Yoga is great way to increase flexibility, help with deep breathing and even reduce recovery time.
We have the perfect opportunity every Monday night at the Zionsville Runners Forum.
Join us as Sarah leads through a yoga that is not only great for runners, but everyone wanting the benefits yoga has on every body type.
The classes are limited to 8 people. Please let us know if you are unable to make it after registering so we can open your spot back up for others to join us.
Please bring your own mats.

I am a certified Yoga Teacher, September 2016. I have a passion for teaching yoga. I’m back into the running game; I know how hard it is to balance running and any other exercise (or life for that matter!). Take an hour to do some good for yourself.
There is no set fee for this class; give as little or as much as you’re comfortable. Spots are limited, so sign up early.
