Yoga for Runners - 4 Class Workshop

Join Danny in this 4 week workshop as he guides you through a 1 hour yoga inspired stretching class focusing on your legs and lower body. Each class will highlight the different muscle areas involved in running and how muscle tightness can impact affect your running stride. Classes will be on Monday evenings from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. ( April 24, May 1, 8 & 15). $75 plus GST for 4 classes or $ 20 plus GST drop-in each class.
All levels welcome.
A limited number of yoga mats are available for rental. We recommend that you bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
