Yoga for Prenatal Partners (Beginners Welcomed)

This series of workshops will teach expecting moms and birth partners yoga and therapeutic tools for comfort and support during the weeks leading up to and during labor. We will cover breath work, gentle stretching, comfort measures, and partner poses to enjoy one another, while bonding with baby.
Most appropriate for the third trimester. No yoga experience required for expecting mom and/or partners.
