Note: 24-hour per-registration required for this drop-in class. Classes will incorporate breathing techniques, mindfulness and gentle movement. Each week's 1 hour session will focus on various areas of concern facing middle school students today including stress, sadness, worry, self-esteem, and anger. Classes will support self-esteem building, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
