About this event

Lucille Villaseñor-Caron (MSW, RSW, CYA-E-RYT, AWP) will briefly share how yoga can be experienced as a complete system of spiritual therapy. This includes developing awareness and mastery of the physical body, emotions, mind, and interpersonal relations, while also connecting with the world around us.

Attendees will then participate in a 45-minute practice that includes a breathing technique to help calm mind and body, accessible standing (or sitting) stretches to release tension and cultivate presence, and ending with a conscious deep relaxation practice that will guide you from the outermost layer of your body to your deep spiritual core.

The session will end with an invitation to participants to briefly share their thoughts and experience.

Required materials: yoga mat or blanket(s). Pillows or cushions for extra comfort are optional.

Everyone is welcome! We look forward to seeing you there!
