Come join us for a hatha-based yoga class in a welcoming, safe and supportive environment, no matter what size, age, flexibility or fitness level. This class is designed for people who wish to alleviate tension in their back, neck, shoulders, and hips through a more vivid connection with your body and breath. Open to all levels, come see and begin to open the door to the wisdom of the body to create healing, true wellness and peace of mind.
