Come discover your new favorite yoga class. This movement workshop, taught by sexologist and yoga instructor Sonjia Kenya, combines aspects of yoga and chakra-awakening strategies to provide a sacred, safe place where learners are guided through postures and techniques that encourage connecting with their inner sensual self. Participants will learn to align their physical, mental, spiritual, and sexual powers while increasing flexibility and strengthening muscles used for sexual stimulation. Thoughtful infusions encourage students to explore the healing powers of self-love, release limitations, and become more comfortable expressing intimacy.

Sonjia Kenya is an ivy-league educated sexologist, yoga instructor, medical professor, and author of the book, “Sex in South Beach.” Her obsession is developing playful programs that empower adults to have easy, fun, and informed experiences that lead to better sex. As an associate professor of medicine at the University of Miami, she develops solutions to sex problems and educates physicians on sexual health. In her downtime, she volunteers at women’s shelters and lives with her husband and son in South Beach.
