YOGA for BALLERS is a series of sequenced yoga postures designed to target specific areas that are most affected on a basketball body. YOGA FOR BALLERS specifically target those areas and muscles that basketball players tend to use. Running and jumping can lead to tight glutes and hamstrings and hips as well as softer ankles-which over a prolonged time can lead to imbalances and injury.
YOGA FOR BALLERS was created as a proactive step to create balance in the body, restore and assist players in identifying deficiencies that can be addressed to enhance a player’s game and preventing injury. YOGA FOR BALLERS also teaches techniques to help connect to thier inner athlete create mental stamina and focus.
