Are you a runner, cyclist or triathlete and people tell you that you 'should' do yoga but have no idea where to start? I have been there and navigated through all that and can help you put together a sequence to keep you healthy and happy. My background includes ironman triathlon and utrarunning to the hundred miles. We will create a plan that you can do every day. Spots are limited so if interested get yours!
