Yoga for Anxiety

Join Salena and Shannon for a gentle hatha yoga class designed to help manage symptoms of anxiety.
We do have some yoga mats available if need be.
**Salena and Shannon are completing Yoga Teacher Training at the University of Utah.
Directions: As you drive towards the building, if you keep to the right you will find an entrance to Real Caring (it is on the right side of the building towards the end of it). That is the you enter through to get to the yoga room. Real Caring has two entrances B175 and B199. B175 is the easier entrance to find. If you have any questions please call 801 791 1793.
