Hosted at the beautiful Mt Madonna Center located on a peaceful 355 acres of mountain-top redwood forest and grassland located between Santa Cruz and Monterey, Just 20 minutes from Silicon Valley.
The weekend will consist of Feldenkrais lessons, yoga, meditation, and self empowering exercises.
The Feldenkrais method emphasizes the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Shara Ogin will guide you through gentle movement sequences which will help with blood flow, the realignment of our bones, muscles and joints and with the coordination of our overall movement patterns. That means you will look at feel younger and more vivacious by the ned.
No prior experience is necessary.
Some of the results one can expect to feel at the end of each lesson include:

Shara Ogin has worked as an Occupational Therapist since 1994 and a Feldenkrais Practitioner since 2002. She is also a Clairvoyant and Life Coach and loves to integrate and interweave such modalities. She has a special gift for seeing where people are blocked (mentally, physically, spiritually) and helping to remove them and teach you enabling ways to do the same.
Scott Beaver, Ph.D, a yoga teacher at Planet Granite organizes outdoor retreats blending yoga, environmental science, and nutrition for physical and mental fitness.
Regina Fletcher creates loving connections through ceremonies, workshops, and coaching. She has Marin NLP
