Description

Whether you’re training for a race, looking to become more flexible, or rehabbing an injury, yoga is a great complement to your training program. Open to all levels, this practice will enhance the mind-body connection, an important component of running.

The 8/3, class will be taught by Allison Whitehead.

The 8/4, 8/10 class will be taught by Rachel Zive.

The 8/9,8/26, class will be taught by Jennifer Harper. Learn more about her Yin Yoga practice.

The 8/13 class will be taught by Mackenzie Kear.

The 8/4 (3pm), 8/16, 8/18, 8/24 class will be tught by Megan Miles. Megan is a 200-hour certified yoga instructer.

The 8/15 class will be taught by Ellen Wynter Maurer, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) who received her certification from the Long Island Yoga School.

The 8/20 class will be taught by Anna Kurtz.

The 8/30 class will be taught by Lauren Goodwin.

The 8/31 class will be taught by Natasha Tripathi..

Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided for you at the NYRR RUNCENTER. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for setup so the class can start on schedule.
