Yoga Brunch 'All Together Now'

All Together Now”. A practice for improving energy flow and strength for the whole body. The 90 minute class includes pranayama to balance the breath, group concentration to connect with others and a soothing relaxation practice to restore.
The menu has been designed to be light but filling. Revitalising and comforting with texture and flavour feeding the senses and nourishing the body and mind:
To start: a detoxifying fresh carrot or kale or beetroot with ginger veg juice
To share: a selection of gluten free flatbreads with cucumber salsa
To indulge: a jewelled pearl barley salad with bright green garden peas, nutty pumpkin seeds, juicey mango, zesty lemon, coriander and basil leaves and a sprinkling of chia seeds.
Roasted sweet potatoes, aubergine, tomatoes, red onions, sweet peppers in Moroccan spiced cumin and sumaq.
To complete: tea or coffee and a selection of cakes
