All levels welcome! This breath to body alignment class will be based on vinyasa style, focused on traditional yoga postures, transitional sequences, and guided relaxation. Please bring a mat, water bottle, and towel (optional).
Immediately following our practice, you can enjoy any beverage on tap. First drink included in cost of ticket.
