Yoga Basics Course • January 2026 * Ideal for beginners and for anyone wanting to refine the fundamentals :)

Course starts on 16th of January - Friday 18:00-19:00
Sunday 11:00 am is also available to book!
• Learn safe and effective posture alignment
• Develop conscious breathwork to support movement
• Understand and confidently practice Sun Salutations
• Build strength and stability in Warrior poses
• Improve mobility with hip-opening postures
• Release tension through twists and hamstring stretches
• Explore backbends safely, with focus on spinal support
• Create a strong foundation for a sustainable, mindful practice
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Hi, my name is Ola, I'm a fitness instructor and PT since 2018 :-)
As a passionate trainer, I continually expand my knowledge, and in 2023, I became a certified yoga instructor - and I'm still amazed how powerful and helpful slowing down to breathe & stretch is!
The union of body and mind, taught through yoga, is something that weights and cardio training will never replace.
I believe that learning how to release stress through movement and breath is a missing element to feeling better, and also changing body composition.
My main focus as a PT is the right technique, functional movements, and helping you to understand the reason for each adjustment
