Yoga at the Well: The 1st Sunday Series

This yoga series is offered so that everyone has opportunity to find their "well" or point of center at the source of their wellness. EVERY BODY is a yoga body and these classes are in direct contrast to the commercialized Western perceptions of yoga. Each class offers opportunities to be a "healthy self" that can use yoga to "heal thy self" and practice with a purpose.
