Join us for the revitalizing yoga session at the Church.
This class is based on a traditional form of yoga which combines physical movement along with alignment, breath control ultimately aimed to achieve a journey within yourself.
This is an open-level class, all levels (beginner to advanced) are welcome.
Some suggestions to get the most out of the practice
- Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach. Try not to eat 2 hours prior to the class.
- You can bring a bottle of water to the class. Come to the class hydrated.
- Skip the headstand, if you suffer from heart disease, blood pressure, vertigo, eye problems and headaches.
- Silence is highly recommened during the practice. Once the practice begins please focus on your own breath and posture and be with yourself.
This class is by donation. You can donate anything you feel like.
