Yoga and Your Health

Join us for an evening focused on yoga and your health in the beautiful Thrive room at the Mosaic Centre! We will participate in a one hour yoga session led by the lovely Jennifer Neilson, followed by tips and tricks of how to increase your nutrition with the fabulous Michelle Ball! Whole food recovery shakes and bars will be provided post yoga session to help fuel and recover.
