Life is all about BaLance...are you in or out of?

Is life hectic? are you trying to juggle all areas of your life, desperately trying to keep all of the balls in the air? Jayne Gregory from Yoyouga and Lisa Berry from Lisa Berry Inspire have put their respective skills and experience together to develop a unique programme aimed at clearing your mind, and stimulating your body. The programme consists of 4 workshops combining Mindfulness and Yoga. They are an equal split between Mindful teaching/techniques and physical Yoga postures and are an excellent way to aid relaxation, combat stress and increase general well-being.

Balance Workshops

Come and find some balance with us and take away tools to help you achieve stress free living.

  • For full benefit attend all 4 workshops or pick and chose which sessions you want to join

  • The Workshops are all on Sundays, February and March Workshops are 9.30am.-12.00pm, April and May are 12.30pm.-3.00pm.
