Yoga and Beer at Cooperage

Join us every Sunday at 10:30am for a Vinyasa style flow class at Cooperage Brewing Co. led by Sarah Meyer. We will combine the art of getting strong and centered with the art of drinking fine craft beer. Sessions will be an hour long and are held in the tasting room. Enjoy a tasty Beer, Revive Kombucha, Nitro Cold Brew Coffee, or a Yerba Mate after you get your yoga on!

*Classes are $17.00/person and include 1 Beer or N/A beverage
*BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)
*Space is limited to 20 people
*Please show up 10 minutes early as yoga will start promptly at 10:30am
*Must be 21+
