Mosaic Makers Collective presents Yoga and Art Workshop with Artist Deepa Koshaley
Join artist & certified yoga instructor Deepa Koshaley for a yoga & art workshop outside Mosaic Makers Collective for an expressive and inspirational painting experience.! This three-hour, outdoor workshop is about unfolding your creative self by letting go of control and allowing your intuition to guide you through the creative process. We will have a mindfulness exercise – breathwork and meditation – to prepare your intentions before the acrylic painting.
Workshop Includes:
- Step-by-step instructions for creating your art piece.
- Techniques for painting abstract art.
- Breathwork and guided intention-setting meditation
- Designated time for yoga exercises
* No prior art or meditation experience needed
* All materials will be provided
* Ages 14+
* Limited seating
